What does God mean?

Elaheh neighborhood of Tehran is one of the historical neighborhoods located in the heart of Tehran; The ancients know Elahia region by the name of Khor Azin, which means worthy. In the past, the lands of Al-Hiyah belonged to Mr. Al-Dawlah, the wife of Amin Al-Dawlah, after years passed and the purchase of these lands by Mirza Jafar Hakim Elahi, this neighborhood was changed to the name of "Al-Hiyah". For this reason, it should be said that Al-Hiyeh means divine and it is taken from the name of Mirza Jafar Hakim, Divine.

There are a lot of foreigners in Elahia, it is predicted that the reason for the population of foreigners in this neighborhood is the presence of diplomatic buildings located in Elahia, Tehran.
